They arent dragging, they are rushing content really quickly. Like almost 10 web novel chapters per manga chapter.

And of course he was a genius manager, the guild might have made mistakes but him? He is perfect and his party didn't even notice before (pointlessly) backstabbing him. Geez why do they all have to go through the same boring motions when starting with a betrayal? I was kinda interested in a dragon picking someone up as a child replacement but I don't think the author will do anything interesting with it.
