I’m sorry, but really feel like Natsukawa deserves none of this. She doesn't deserve to have him. And I feel like he shouldn’t even have this happen. I feel like he should’ve just walked past her, or diffused the situation with a joke or gag before making a quick escape. This feels wayyy too fucking forced to be good in any capacity.

Not to mention I also despise his sister, who, for some reason, keeps butting in for whats best for him that, while sure, on the surface seems like a nice thing to do, she has absolutely no right of doing in the slightest.

This manga is paced like someones delusion with made up characters and that this is supposed to be the high point but with dogshit character development for miss shit-for-brains godess it absolutely falls flat.

Reminds me comment to the anime adaptation: the problem of this title is that every girl is better than Natsukawa.

Kaede sent Aika to either confess or be confessed to. Her crappy nebulous phrasing, though, skipped right past him until much later and her own guilt over how badly she's treated him paralyzed her at this (and other near-term) moment(s).

Wtf was that "I don't know" is all about? You clearly know why you're there interrogating Sajou. Just be fucking honest and get this over with already. Confess or fuck off and let the boy free

And let's not forget that all this "special in my life" realization of hers can be interpreted as feelings of friendship, not romantic ones -even though the author obviously wants us to think it's romantic love.

Also, the context notes in the middle of the chapter really helped; is there some context for the ending as well? That whole exchange seemed... Odd

This is Marakumi levels of bad female portrayal. Honestly the girls in this story only serve the purpose of being unlikeable or confusing.

Sister telling her to use him, her "i don't know" it's like the author wants his female characters to be hated almost.

I wouldn't say all girls, but the ones that first got close to him (sister, Natsukawa and Ashida) sure are a barrelful of shit. They fulfilled their purpose of leading the MC to be, well, what he is. Let them go.
Just have him romance Fuuka (middle school "college" girl) and slowly heal, at this point it would be more interesting!

Ps: do the novels have some development for the whole stupid "east-west" thing? I could not care less for this idiocy or for the shit brained older students and it is absolutely irrelevant to anyone not named Kaede -who should eat a harpoon to the chest anyways.
