Dude, who was spying on them? It was Spit? Why? Lmao, I hope I'm just thinking too much XD
Aw, I kinda pity the Crown Princess, I liked her, I guess she could have been even a better villainess if the author made a bigger effort on her. Ofc she was evil and she deserved to pay for it, but losing her hand, get her whole family exterminated and living forever as a slave without any hope to see the sun again just for what she did in this story? I know her crimes deserve it, it's just that as a reader I'd loved if she would have done something else (she should have at least succeeded in killing the Empress for example), I just wanted her to do one last epic deed and then die or whatever, she deserved a fitting/better ending for her, idk (I guess it makes sense for her to be betrayed by those two girls once again, but it felt a bit rushed).
Tbh at this point idk how things will turn out, An Qi is still doing her job but she's acting quite silly and sloppy at times, she still has her ruthless moments but somehow I feel her mental state is weakening? Same thing with the 3rd Prince, at least before they were the perfect team, strongest than everyone else, and focused af, but rn it seems his feelings of love are getting in the way and he's also acting a bit careless. Would they really be able to obtain the throne? They're showing many weaknesses now.
At least one of them should stay focused, in these last chapters they got unwanted attention from the Emperor, the Crown Prince, the Empress, the 2nd Prince, and this new Side Concubine, everything at the same time and just because they weren't careful enough.
@Domo yeah, I knew it, it was Spit, isn't it? That was weird. ono
