They probably don’t like each other personally, but I think Harden genuinely respects Aizus in his own way, or he wouldn’t bother criticizing him in the first place, he seems like he’d otherwise just allow his enemies to fail.

Dunking on him to his face is just a bonus, I can’t imagine how pissed Aizus will be knowing Elma has a close relationship with the Marquis.

Well this chapter explains why both Harden & Aizus don't get along with each other. I was waiting for Harden to name drop Elma & his achievements just to make Aizus look even idiotic for his decisions. My expectations on the reunion between the two will be ironic because everyone will learn that Elma is contributing the most after being banished by his own father who has prestige (to common folk). That's what I was expecting but the moment he said "reinforcements", my bet is he's gonna skip right into shoving it in his face by making him the reinforcement (Although I'm not sure how Elma would feel about that, with the crazy sister and all)

A lot of people speculate it’s a class trait, that he’s like the advanced version of Luce’s Jester class(she has the teardrop markings). Since class seems to influence your appearance as well(which is pretty obvious in this room)
