Pacing is at a rate I've never seen before. Not sure if we're approaching the end or if we haven't even gotten to the real meat of the story, which would be the MC versus Dowun, I guess. Not at all interested in the bodyguard though.

Dowun had it coming all along. He took the princess for granted, and the only thing preventing her from becoming as apathetic as him is the bodyguard, which is understandable. He's the only person who's genuinely helped her without ever asking anything in return.

I also get the feeling she doesn't give a damn about the throne anymore. She's still starving for love.

That said, I agree that things are very rushed. Everything up until now might have been just the introduction to the real story or maybe the author lost interest in it or is getting rushed by publishers.

The pacing is kinda... off and rushed, i thought it gonna took quite long for rebellion but the prince was already dead LMAO, i really love the story but kinda underwhelming with this pacing, are we already in climax or there's still more...?

If this series gonna go down to romance, i really hope the series doesn't go to a cliche route where the cold guy gonna in love with the MC and vice versa... let the tension as it is... i feel like the knight (Baek Han..?) is far more suitable as love interest for the MC.
