The MC is literally not a a villain and is just a realistically pathetic 16 year old girl who was abandoned, shunned and bullied since the age of 6. Honestly, Varkas was the worst possible match for her development. Else, she'd realize how there are still people, take the random guard Edric who actually takes action despite his mixed and unrealized view of Talia, better than sorry fucks like him who does nothing but acting all mysterious and silent or sometimes speak up like a retard, until something broke in him, and even then he still denies it, all the while he probably thinks that he's some smart dude. Varkas literally got the biggest "first time privilege" ever because she first embedded him in her memory at the age of 6 when no one else was around, even if he's technically on the side of the hypocritical Aila and the sorry prince Gareth who hate Talia just because of her blood.
