List of rules that have been added as of now:

1. Added by bigtiddyoneesan: All users with a Roland pfp only need a minimum of 4 reactions (instead of 5) on a CCT message for that message to give Culling Game points.

2. Added by K.Angel: If two consecutive messages from a user reach 5+ reactions, the second message gives the user an additional 2 points.

3. Added by Itsukimoto: All users with a Roland pfp may must roll a dice once per day (i.e. randomly have an effect that can help or harm them)
3-2. Rule 3 has been altered by rule 5.

4. Added by K.Angel: Once per day, the user K.Angel can nullify any random effects that occur. The user K.Angel can choose a random effect applied to one user (including themselves), and guarantee that the random effect lands on one possibility. If there are no random effects on a given day, the user K.Angel will receive 3(?) points (not sure exactly if it's 3 points alone, or 3 points for every 5 points earned that day.)

5. Added by Itsukimoto: The dice roll from Rule 3 is now mandatory for all users, even if a user does not have a Roland pfp.

6. Added by Angry_Panda: The first non-player to propose a rule after the daily reset gets it inactive. The newly added rule is subject to the same limitations any active player would have. Any individual non-player can only do this once.

7. Added by bigtiddyoneesan: If a user has a Roland pfp, that user may opt in to identifying as "K.Angel", thus being observed as such by the Culling Game's logic. Users who opt in according to this rule must do so before a daily tally for the Culling Game's logic to take effect. If a user who has identified as "K.Angel" in this manner wishes to revoke this identification, they must discard 25 points. The 25 discarded points are wiped from the game.

8. Added by bigtiddyoneesan: A player may change the active thread of another player by spending 67 points. Both players must have similar profile pictures for at least a two day (48 hour) period during the Culling Game. This period may occur at any time during the Culling Game. (Even days earlier in the game will count towards this requirement.) The player who has changed active threads will gain points upon the next daily tally for messages only in their new active thread even if those messages were sent before the active thread change took place. If the other player does not wish to change their active thread, they must spend 10 points to nullify the decision. If the thread change decision is nullified, the player who spent 67 points receives their 67 points back. A player can only attempt to change the active thread of another player once per day.

9. Added by DavidianMillerian: All players with a Roland pfp are able to transfer a certain amount of their points to another player with a Roland pfp once every day. The points exchanged may be used for any and all purposes. The other player may reject the gift, and if they do, the points gifted are returned to the original person.

A. Added by Kogane: You can revive a player by spending 25 points. The revived player loses their points upon revival and is revived into the thread they were previously set to.

B. Added by Kogane: You can only avoid elimination by either receiving 5+ reactions on a message (4 if you're a Roland in accordance with Rule 1) or by proposing/implementing a new rule.

C. Added by Kogane: All new rules must be accepted by Kogane unless they affect the elimination rules outlined in Rule B.

well i see that you set it to +2 points. but i guess we should ask.

@Dverin_Oshiban_Duren what was your intention behind this rule:
Actually it was added without discussing it's requirements and rewards.
First I just asked @yogurtman250 if that kind of challenge is allowed, he said it's allowed but also said "it's vague" and then added it immediately lol. I'm guessing he wanted to let everyone know that I added a rule first.
For future issues like this I'd suggest him to announce that someone has proposed (but not added) a rule and their rule would have priority after being discussed.
Or accept the first complete rule that is proposed.
Now it's a bit problematic but not an official rule yet, right?
in other words, what does it mean?
I suppose it's kinda open to interpretation but what I intended was for everyone to say a simple joke that isn't overused or popular already. In other words they have to think of it on their own. But that's hard to verify...
what happens if someone says a funny and original joke at least once per day?
I guess they get 2 points now?
does it have to be everyday that they say a funny and original joke?
I wanted it to be optional and for once a day. I'll leave it to yogurtman to decide whether it's mandatory or not.
if so, then what happens if they don't say a funny and original joke?
If it's mandatory then players are eliminated if their points are an odd number and have their points halved if it's even.
who determines whether a player has said a funny and original joke on a given day?
That's up to the game master ain't it?

How about this: if a joke is so bad that absolutely none of the players and GM likes it (or reacts with: :pacman:) then the one who said the joke is eliminated. That sounds more fun :meguusmug:

It's hard to come up with completely original jokes and decide if something is funny or not. Plus there are ways to cheat.
So it's better to make the rule focus on the enjoyability of the jokes and alliances.
Also the joke has to be posted in the culling games thread or their selected thread and the player must declare their joke before they say it (it can be within the same post)

My final proposal:
Option 1: (huge risk, small reward but optional)
Everyone can choose to say a joke once a day. If at least one player or the GM likes it then they gain two points. If not, they get eliminated.
Option 2:
Same as option 1 but instead of elimination their points are halved.
Option 3:
Saying a joke is mandatory. I'll let @yogurtman250 decide the rewards and punishment based on what I said in this post.

Though it sounds dumb I'm sure it can be used to make things more interesting, especially towards the endgame.

well the option where having a joke liked is +2 points but having it not liked is elimination sounds way too far lol. in fact, elimination being in any of the options sounds pretty extreme. why not just have it be a simple +20 or -20 regardless if telling a joke is mandatory?

Yeah I don't really understand the value of points here and elimination for not being funny does sound a bit over the top...
Either way it's fine for me.

FINALLY.

As a non-player at this point, new rule: eliminated players can spend points as if they were still in the game.

I then spend 25 points to revive @Itsukimoto.

can't believe i forgot to invoke Authority yesterday (i only remembered to do it yesterday yesterday). but i guess it worked out.

@Kogane, I invoke Authority for today, neutralizing all RNG effects that will apply to all users besides BakedBanana and DavidianMillerian. I also alter my dice roll to roll a 3, which will double my points during today's tally.

If another user uses Authority to cancel my dice roll of 3, then that will also mean that I have cancelled whichever dice roll they have used Authority to choose for themselves.
