You guys are awesome, you really should take your time and put yourselves first! I can't stress this enough, but I really am thankful for these translations, they must take quite a lot of time.

Regarding the chapter: These ppl are so sweet and supporting, reading this story sure feels wholesome. Also, it appears that Rintarou also took off his piercings. Other than that, based on Kauruko's face(s) on page 22 (or lack thereof), I think she actually knew about Rintarou undying his hair.

1. I need these friends in my life. Like this chapter just personified my social anxiety. Why is it in fiction the main character's/lead's always have such uplifting and direct friends. Do they get them at some type of super exclusive market? If so how do I gain a membership?

2. I'm not okay with Rintaro dying his hair black if it's just to appease to the other girls. That said it does make for a nice story beat if it's him saying he doesn't need it any more for the the confidence boost or to stand out and he's capable of showcasing his personality without needing to color his hair. That said as a person of color and American who grew up with older sisters, aunts, and neighbors dying and styling their hair I very much see hair as an extension of personality. I know the culture is a lot more strict in Japan, but there really shouldn't be any additional adverse meanings put on dying hair. It depends on Rintaro himself, but if his character just genuinely thinks blonde hair is cool (or still does as that was his initial reason to dye it as a kid...younger kid), and he likes his hair dyed blonde, then I can't say I'm okay with him dying it black to confirm to some pretty awful societal norms and meet the expectations of the girls (if they took offense to his hair color that's their problem to overcome).

3. I just had the random thought that this story reminds me of "Outsiders" but significantly more wholesome and not half as depressing.

4. Yay! We still have daily releases (and thank you so much to the entire team, but really if anything ever comes up you're allowed breaks).

Everyone's talking about hair colour, but I just like how they teased Subaru to show she's truly part of the gang, and how they roasted Kaoruko for making the same mistake Rintaro did.

It's the kind of way guys often express themselves, which is sometimes downright antagonistic, but still conveys how much they care. And that they don't want no apologies; they want them to learn to trust them. Kaoruko's been pulling a lot of weight, but in this case she's behind both Rintaro and Subaru.
