If we're lucky, maybe Kana is going back to L.A. to make the arrangements to move back to JapanNeither of the adults are ready to make compromises, what's the point of continuing the illusion?
I feel like Joe is planning to take a trip out to LA soon, seeing he said he'd follow her...If we're lucky, maybe Kana is going back to L.A. to make the arrangements to move back to Japan![]()
First, the dynamic between Joe and Mitsuki is, in fact, an important part of the story line. But other than that, they are 4 pages chapters. If every single one of them had a huge thing happening, the story wouldn't make any sense. Get a life and stop whining about nothingand we're back to nothing updates
I think Joe's the one who's gonna move, he stayed back for Mitsuki but now that she's about to become an adult and go on her path, he is free to pursue his goals and desires. As he said "From now on, wherever you go Kanna, I swear I'll follow you".If we're lucky, maybe Kana is going back to L.A. to make the arrangements to move back to Japan![]()
This could strengthen Mitsuki's character imo, and give Aya more things to do, I think it's gonna be something like Aya helping her manage the shop or with the whole "I can't even cut vegetables" situation. Though the move would likely not be instant, and take like months to a year, allowing for a more gradual change. As for the finances I doubt Joe's without savings given finances haven't been an issue so far iirc, Kana probably earns enough to pay for her too given the cost of living differences between Japan and California, and how she was willing to take Mitsuki along. Though I don't foresee the CD shop closing down. But I also don't think that Joe going without Mitsuki is a good option. I know she's gradueted now so she can tecnically live alone, but I think that Mitsuki isn't really ready to stay alone, specially since Joe would be so far away. Their income apparently depends on the CD shop (which we don't see in any way Mitsuki taking it over as a posibility) and I love her, but she clearly don't have the skills to do everything on her own. Besides that, I just don't want them to be apart. From what we know, Joe is the only family Mitsuki has (btw I'm also worried that the story is ending and we don't know what happened to her parents) and Joe clearly cares A LOT about her, their relationship seems to be something really important to both of them and I don't really see them living so far away from each other so early
honestly i hope that happens so we can get back with aya and mitsuki instead of these half chapters (2 pages with mitsuaya and 2 pages with joe and kanna) cus im in love with mitsuaya 😔I think Joe's the one who's gonna move, he stayed back for Mitsuki but now that she's about to become an adult and go on her path, he is free to pursue his goals and desires. As he said "From now on, wherever you go Kanna, I swear I'll follow you".
Yeah... that's what I'm afraid of. Not from a narrative standpoint, mind you.I think Joe's the one who's gonna move, he stayed back for Mitsuki but now that she's about to become an adult and go on her path, he is free to pursue his goals and desires. As he said "From now on, wherever you go Kanna, I swear I'll follow you".
