It's just 歌います!! ("Singing!!" or "Will sing!!"). No pronouns.

So it's only my guess that she wants to sing a duet with Koga.

I don't think it would make sense for her to serenade Koga at this point.

Honestly this is one of the examples why japanese can be a little tricky sometimes. She will either sing for Koga and touches her because she was thinking about her and now wants to return the favor. Or she says it in an informal way (in an informal setting) while touching Koga, heavily implying that they both will do it.

You can only go with your gut sometimes. I think it was the right decision to do it this way, even if it turns out being wrong. Thank you for the translations!
