For instance, if you reread a book that you had fond memories of, many many years later, only to find that it was insipid and bland, that it didn't hold up nearly as well as you thought? (Or rewatched a film/anime/series, or replayed a videogame, etc.)

Technically, no. The closest feeling i got was when i replayed Gen 3 Pokemon and saw all the bullshit that happens with the game mechanics, like no physical/special split.

No, but I was close to. I ate something that wasn't good and got very sick. So after taking some medicine I slept a bit. Next to the bed I was sleeping there's another bed and my sister was laying there.
I woke up bc i needed to puke and it just came out... The vomit reached the bed but not her.

Yeah I used to be really into the Inheritance Cycle series when I was a kid (have all the books) tried reading them again a few months back couldn't get through the first half of the first book man shit sucked.

Yes, i've entered "The Zone^TM" a couple of times and it is the best feeling in the world, in fact, i've carried so hard I didn't even notice we were losing until the game ended and i was like "wait, what? We lost?".
