Is this setting up to Mizuki learning Tokan's techniques to realize that Tokan's quirk is... to base his plays on those said techniques? I am intrigued to see if Mizuki would even take to Tokan's techniques, but kudos to Junpei for sticking his neck out to beg a former (maybe even still current) antagonist to help Mizuki out.
