Those between chapter drawings are usually made long after the chapter is done and published in the magazine, when it's time to make material for the collected tankobon. Likely the artist or author didn't think anything of the clothing problem while making the chapter and only realized/was told about it after.

This may sound pedantic AF, but its weird how a dragon race that apparently makes swords from their own blood and magic like...doesnt have a person whos dabbled in healing treatment whatsoever (and I dont mean the magical kind, but like an herbs shaman or whatever). But I guess Id have to suspend my disbelief cus Id ask the same thing of EVERY race besides the humans in this story...

I'm liking the story. But there's things. Like how weird the story about no other race can use healing magic. I think it'd of made more sense if there was a story where long ago some evil race like the Demon King casted a curse throughout the lands limiting the effects of healing magic to nothing more then the equivalent of a heating pad on a sore muscle.

But then I find it weird how we are focusing so much on foreign creatures being treated. But they seem to have the same biology of a human. They aren't exploring any of the differences. Of something like a Dragon and a Human. Might've been better if they focused on humans at first then start branching out into more different species and learning how to care for them.

Something about the idea of a Doctor reincarnated but gifted with the power of immortality. Never aging or going through a cycle of Baby-Elder, then repeat. But him going through the world studying and developing cures and treatments for all the races.
