Every time I read one of these "human bad" stories, they're always written as though humans are inherently greedy and evil. Can we be both of those things? Absolutely. But we are also empathetic, cooperative, and we do care for our fellow man. Just for once, it would be nice there was nuance not just human bad other fantasy race good. Or are we just going to overlook the dragon was going to kill the elf queen because the human healer ran away. Regardless of the human running away to go from zero to regicide is unhinged.

Hello, have you ever know a job in this world called "DOCTOR"? Let me give you guys a hint, there's something that all doctor uphold in their line of work, it's called "Hippocratic Oath" (you can googled it). And that's what this manga want to show to people like you. If you can't or don't want to accept that point, then this manga is not for you, feel free to leave.

This is a light spoiler; MC is protected by strong superior race in that world tree country, who willing to do anything to protect him from any bad guys, so you don't have to worry, he's in good hand and good people.

Also, there's another manga where the MC didn't discriminate his patient. Even if the patient is a psychopathic mass murderer who act behind the scenes while not dirtying his hands when killing people, the MC can't bring himself to kill such patient. In the end, he can't resist his nature as a Doctor, he ended up heal that psychopathic mass murderer again even after an arduous journey to pursuit and stop that patient.
