@izayamikaelis @Javra17 these scans are terribly oversaturated, not vibrant. Normally this wouldn't be too big of a problem, but in this case there's actual detail loss. Compare the shadows on Aino Subplot Heroine's face after Aino points at her between the two translation groups.
While I'm not accusing them of this, but this is what many TV manufacturers do to sell TVs in retail. They will pick a lot of footage without skin tones in it (hence nothing to reference), a lot of movement so it can't be scrutinized, and crank the saturation to make it seem like it has a wider range of colors than it can actually produce. Try running the color calibration under display settings for windows (plenty of guides online), and fiddling with the color settings of your monitor. While it won't solve inherent issues with your monitor, you'll likely find much better results across everything.
My guess it could just be that the translation group themselves are overcorrecting for bad color accuracy, or the source was compressed and/or bad to begin with and the other group put in more work to fix it.
