A lot of people using MTL translation don't know Japanese and if they're not able to translate the text with MTL, some just wing it. Also since they don't know Japanese they don't have any way of checking if it's right besides the MTL, for all they know the translation can be full of mistakes.
Happen a lot more than you'd think. The biggest hint is usually that the text don't make sense.

It shouldn't. But MD doesn't ban idiots who use MTL no matter how utterly useless it is for translating Japanese.

chapter 5 - daughter says "I'm almost passing out from sleepiness", should be "I don't have time to deal with noobs" (クソザコに付き合ってらんない). Or something like that.
