Basically, after some weird fucking with all the princes, the knight finally got pregnant with 1st prince's child and the knight seems to be harbour some feelings for the 1st prince after plenty of fucking. Then the 5th prince appears to kill the 1st prince and claims the throne which is rightfully belongs to him with the help of the 2nd prince. So this is the back story, all the princes have different mothers (except for the 1st prince and the princess pair and the curly hair prince and his little brother pair), the king is absolutely ruthless and violent towards his children till he found a new queen. This queen gave birth to the 5th prince who has 2 eyes colors. The King, on his dead bed, decides to give his throne to the 5th prince. Everyone was angry for the 1st prince, the 1st prince went psycho and killed both the king and the queen, the 5th prince is exiled from the palace. He lived in the area and was taught to fight since he was a kid by another prisoner there. Until one day, the knight heard about him and went into the arena to save him, the two of them escape together and they became best bro and making promises after travelling together for a while. Back to the present, the 5th prince asks if the knight wants to turn back to being male and gets rid of the unborn child but the knight refuses so the 5th prince raped the knight right there. Then after reading some letters left by the 1st prince, the knight moved on. Time skip, they all continues to live together in harmony, the 5th prince becomes the king and the knight becomes his queen, aside from 1st prince's child, they have a pair of twins together.
