@Jorari69 this is completely out of left field but I think she isn't op....yet, what I think (base on what is in the tags) is she has 1 power and that is time travel (specifically to when she was first brought to the world).

i think its gonna be like a re/zero like situation (not as dark but who knows) mc is there to save the empire but fails learns from it fails again then rinse and repeat till she gets it right, so each time she seems to grow and become more "goddess" like....at least that's what I'm thinking so far with the time travel tag on this story *shrugs* I might be 100% wrong but thinking of it like this was fun!

FL not only has burnout, she is definitely depressed, and now she's in a foreign land on her own where she's basically a huge disappointment who at any moment be discarded. She might as well be a political prisoner lol let her have her depressive episode.

Also, totally unrelated, but while he IS trying to get her to eat for her own good, just for the real people out there reading this... threatening group punish of others for an individual's actions is a psychological tactic that wont help her depression, in fact when used on prisoners it is recognised as a war crime under the geneva convention. Its ok here, but dont do that irl on someone you love ,ok? Its not smart, its works short term but is harmful long term.
