What do those words mean?
f-stop measures how much light gathering ability a camera lens has. The smaller the f-stop number, the larger the light-gathering ability, which is a preferred trait by photographers. Consequently those types of lenses, labeled "fast" are also expensive. The Mangaka drew a mid-size telephoto (70-200, 80-200 mm) that if fast, usually is at least an f4, possibly an f2.8. Easily around 1500 USD depending on the brand/system. So my joke is for the trio's stalking, they certainly went all-out.
