That is because she has finally been put in an environment that allows her to express herself in a way befitting her age.

It is just like children of extreme poverty behave. Many are willing to go torturous work for pennies to help their families, act and do things that does not fit their age, but if they get put into a more stable environment, they will slowly revert back to being children again.

It is a forceful survival bejavior. That she is becoming more like a child is actually proof of her psyche slowly improving. I don't like a character if for that character to remain like they currently are they need to continue living in torturous environment.

These interactions are sweet and they don't feel forced at all. It's good that they're getting to know each other a little by little and the information we're given flows with whats going on instead of just some info about the character being thrown in.

Yes she was more mature in the begin in your eyes because she enduring everything at that point this case happen to me to when I decide to not endure (even there is no point I just endure it to test my endurance) my emotion show more and more normally I can suppress my tear when I'm sad and my laugh when I saw something funny once I decide to let it out it appear more frequency I laugh like a mad man when I'm watching meme and I cry a lot when I read something so sad

I like Konrad. He's gentle and is able to give mature advice but he's still cute and innocent befitting his age. I hope we get to see him gradually grow together with Leslie. I'm also kinda looking forward to her protective brothers and father giving him death glares in the future too hehehe.
