@Riger MC is an exceptional case. His observational skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills are all top-notch. There are only very few people who are capable of doing what he can do. Most support-type seekers would probably just cast buffs then let the other party members do the rest of the work to avoid getting in the way.

@Riger In addition to what the others have said, a buffer's most optimal party role is the control tower who gives orders. if the members don't acknowledge that or the buffer isn't capable enough, then they won't show results or they may become responsible for a party wipe.
