Normally, I hate NTR. I actually have a biological reaction to seeing NTR. I get actual literal stomach aches seeing NTR.

That's understandable... but I do not think this classifies as NTR. Even if the prince was being manipulated by the Star Maiden, there was a clear breakup between him and Remilia. And Angel only met her afterwards. There are a lot of hard feelings floating around (to say the least), but nobody is cheating on anyone... so it can not be considered NTR to begin with.

I honestly feel so bad for him since he was charmed, brainwashed, and manipulated into turning on Remilia by that delusional sociopath. Without Pina they probably would have solved everything happily and had their future together or atleast he wouldn't have been humiliated like this
None of them were actually brainwashed. The love potions only made them 'like' Pina and amplifies that feeling (e.g. in the previous chapter Angel asks if they noticed that their fondness towards Pina was gone after they drank the special wine). The prince was always an egotistical bastard who chose to try to knock Remi down a peg to make himself feel better. He went along with Pina and fully intended on taking Remi back and would have, if she had apologized liked he wanted her to at the initial confrontation.

dam.. that poor prince guy.. his mind is all scrambled from that brainwashing only to be awaken from it in that confused state to be NTR'd.. yikes

I think that star maiden chick is so batshit crazy she's gonna have a psychotic breakdown and open a gate to some true evil god or something to kill everyone

The face she gives to the prince... worth a thousand words... a plan so well executed (and enemies so utter incompetent) that sha does not need to say anything...

What about the queen basically saying "the lynching will be public... then we can have some wine"?... did she knew?, i mean she was not affected by the drugs, so probably saw how the king and prince would just dig such a big hole for them... probably she is very pro kicking while they are down in these case.

I hate the genre with all of my very being.

I think, for this one time, I'm willing to support it. Screw the prince, and screw Pina in the not good way.

Also lol, Lorraine being my mood kindred for the chapter.
Wouldn't him going to the Star Maiden, by literally NTR from HIM to Remi? there "was" NTR, even up to the point of causing immense psychological damage to Emi, this isn't NTR from Remi to the prince, this is REVENGE from the NTR the prince did in the first place

was this chapter shorter? guess that we really are walking to the end, the best part of this chapter was seeing this trash prince regretting everything, great love you have there... you just wanted to put her down to feel better with yourself

They shorten the condemnation arc?
Or they just rearrange the event, they tease us with Remi finding record of star maiden doing something immoral and not gonna show us?

god these illustrations are so good man, the shame, the shock, concern, the intimidation on these faces. The countess was probably my favorite panel this chapter, some crazy shit is going on power wise and her face shows it 100%.

Yeah. I forget the exact chapter, but they set up that Will is jealous of Remi's accomplishments. Remi called his bluff though and left of her own volition.
Edit: I actually feel more sorry for Remilia's brother and that music dude who truly just got bamboozled.

Am I the only one to whom this chapter felt kinda cheap?
In the relation to some of the earlier chapters, the lineart was overall really thin, not to mention the rehashing of some previous panels.
Doubly unfortunate because this is such a pivotal moment in the series.

Viscount is really shoving his way to the front of the show AND up my inner list of character rankings here.
Prince Will has some fantastic faces in here too.

Flawless victory so far Remi.

Mmm... No? The prince got eloped with the Star Maiden after breaking up with Remi. Pina forced the separation, but the sequence of events leaves no doubt about it. There is no cheating because the relationship was broken
