All of this might make her look like a mary sue but when you remember that she is the literal heroine of the game story, all of it makes sense. Her core was OP from the begining.
Plus, there's the fact she's been
laser focused on getting stronger. She knows enough of the plot that she knows she's gotta get stronk or get dead. She's earned every bit of her alleged OPness (don't forget, she's been up against the wall before enough to have to run the hell away
and it's definitely going to happen again... And again... And again...
She's trained, she's gone through life threatening situations and almost died several times... I'd say that's less Mary Sue, and more badass. After all, a Mary Sue has unconditional love from people, unearned power, etcetera.
Aria isn't special. She's
cunning. And has a focused mentality. And, funnily enough, flaws, although we don't see those too often.
She's not a people person. She's definitely not a charmer.
