Take a picture or give him a comfy seat behind a table so that only the upper body is visible.

Well, in Krita you can import animations via file -> Import animation
Then you can position it by right-clicking on the layer with the animation on top of it, then add -> Add Transform mask and use that to position and scale it to where it's needed, then you need to do file -> render animation to have it remain one.
With the background, you probs need an AI tool, haven't really managed to solve that myself in the few minutes in-between creating and posting.

Otherwise, you could just take a frame and add it that way, but that would be lame, tbh.
And yeah, Torturing is a really relaxing activity.
