All I'm glad for is that the emperor knows how to talk to his own kids - it's a level of competent parenting that I didn't expect from another seemingly run-of-the-mill manwha. He crouches down to her level so that she doesn't feel intimidated, uses simple vocabulary (and uses the words she uses), makes sure to both thank her for answering his questions, and explains what is going to happen to her in terms that won't worry her too much while still allowing her to know what's going on. He's been active in making sure she feels comfortable in a strange new place in the previous chapters too (no abruptly touching her, keeping his physical distance, being kind and apologizing despite not always knowing the situation, allowing her to do what she feels comfortable with so as long as it's safe, being patient with her hesitation, and not forcing a bond), and it's just so nice to see. What a good dad.
