@Dioss the novel already ended. i read a comment from someone who read it (because i don't mind getting spoilers😅) and she said that the novel's ending is kind of disappointing (i'm also kind of dissapointed) because

when raeli and noah got married, the godess asked raeli if she wants to go back to her world, and she said "yes" but she also said that "she can't live without noah" so the godess sends them together and the godess gives noah a book, so that when they are in modern world, the book will help them to find each other/ so that raeli can remember her. idk what happened next. this is all i've read from the novel reader. if you also see the novel's chapter title, it's entitled "why he had to go to the duchess." i just hope they'll gonna explain it more.

What do you mean, as I remember Rae declining the offer of the goddess because she wants to live with Noah, she accepts her decision but the goddess gives Noah a book, they marry in that world, they had two children and Rae became a teacher and Duchess (Apparently she dreamed of being a teacher and Noah supported her to open an academy where both men and women can study)

The thing that Rae returns to his world happens after living in the duke's world, by the way, the book that the goddess gave to Noah tells him where to find Rae in all their lives, that book apparently always goes with Noah's soul to other worlds to fulfill the promise of the end that he made "I will always accompany you"

I think the OG Raeliana wished to be the protagonist of the novel (the question is how she knew she was even a side character remains, unless I missed the explanation somewhere), so she ended up being Beatrice. Maybe she meant to do a body switch with Bea? But that failed which means that the latter is most likely a displaced soul or is, well, dead. What OG Raeliana didn't expect is for a different soul to end up in her body, and for that person, our Raeliana, to contradict the flow of the storyline.

Edit: I realized that my first sentence came off as if I was referring to Beatrice/Raeliana, so I understand why that got put under spoilers, but I was actually referring to the beginning of the story as in what I think happened before the story we know came to be, so I apologize for that

I could also be wrong or be missing some details but I want to get it off my chest since I don’t have anyone to talk to about this series. My theory contains spoilers so you’ve been warned and it’s kind of long lol

So I think the original Raeliana made a deal with someone specializing in dark magic to become the main character in her own life. In order for her to find out who is the main character in her life is, she had to be transported to a world where she could get that information and arrived in the world of the Raeliana we know. The original Raeliana comes across the Beatrice novel, finds out her role in Beatrice’s life, and wants to change her fate. She obtained a spell that can replace Beatrice’s soul with her own, but to do so, she needs to find the soul equivalent to Beatrice in the world she got transported to, which is the Raeliana we know. I vaguely remember in a flashback to when the Raeliana we know got pushed over the ledge in her whole, the person who pushed her smiled, so I assume it was someone who knew her. And it would be an interesting plot twist to find out that the face the Raeliana we know is trying to remember is in fact the face she’s been looking at the whole time. The original Raeliana pushes the Raeliana we know over the ledge either as a sacrifice or in hopes that the soul would be damaged after the spell is over and no one could interfere with her plan. But things didn’t goes as planned and here we are

It's interesting how we find ML so atractive because he will protect his lady untill the day he dies. But in reality this kind of person is a psychopath. Man like that are dangerous in real life and once he no longer wants the woman he will just kill her. But this is the world of a novel, so here he will stay faithfull to her his entire life. Ladies, if you ever find someone like that, RUN, just run for your lives!
