no, she was already getting partially controlled before with her use of magic
just took time for the full control to happen and the low mana area helped with it

kinda counter productive for the woman who wants to go back to earth so badly to just destroy any means of actually getting back

Is that the Witch's motive? Odd, I vaguely remember something like that, I completely forgot about it.
I was just about to bitch about how irking it is, to have a seemingly random super-villain that has no goals or the motives to do the evils that she commits. At least she has goals, I'm aware of that now.
But her motives to commit so much evil?
...That still seems so utterly meaninglessly cruel. The entire Tower is is pitch-black "evil" for absolutely no reason, I can't say I care for it :/

Well, she is probably a generic high schooler, who isekai'd to save the world or something and then went power crazy and became the true threat for another isekai high schooler to defeat and romance.
However, this world got a President of riding instead.
