Well, she either died after having a kid (who would age normally, meaning this ain't a plot hole) or is still alive. But most likely dead, or returned to Earth

The clothes are made from material in a world with higher spiritual energy. Thus, all things last longer. As he says their existence gives more magic to the world, which means they consuming their power to make the world more energy rich. Which is why her friend is likely getting weaker, because her use of energy is larger than her intake. We saw this already when kids could live with less food taking in manga, but needed more food without it. But here it is in reverse

I would think that the elves are trying to prevent mana from leaving the planet by the sounds of it. Due to their long lives they don't see others lives as important since they breed so fast and die so fast relative to themselves.
