You know a harem manga contains such unlikable characters when the GODDAMN little sister is the best route for the Main Character to take.

Oreimo's author is shedding a single tear of pride somewhere.

It would be one thing if the manga was going for a "Stop playing petty games when it comes to affairs of the heart. Love is not about winning and losing." type of message and the manga ends with no one getting together and everyone being miserable (if that's the endgame, the manga could be salvaged). But it feels like the author wants me to think that Kuro and/or Shiro deserve to have their happy ending with Sueharu in spite of what they did to mentally destroy one another in the name of revenge.

I would say the same for Sueharu but considering how he's being treated in the story compared to Shiro and Kuro, I would say his punishment for trying to get revenge on Shiro helps balance out the negative feelings I've felt for him in the early story.

I'm only gonna continue reading this manga just to see how the author is going to try to make me think that Kuro and Shiro don't deserve to be kicked to the curb after how they treated Sueharu. There's a 99.9999999% chance it wont happen, but I just want to see if the justification can go beyond "I WuUuUuUuB him."

I give this manga a go because the anime adaptation has all of my favorite seiyuu (Ayaneru, Inorin, Matsuoka, Nobunaga, and Onishi). But after reading this I'm afraid their voices are the only thing I can enjoy in the upcoming anime.

The MC will probably end with Shiro(99%)...why? Bcz as MC said she's his "1st love"...that would be the main reason, secondly bcz all or almost all MCs go with the "1st love"...the best example would be RE zero...even tho that's not a romcom...but the point is that even tho Rem tried her best and shit, nothing changed, that bastard just simply could not love someone else, expect that damn elve...
Also if you didn't get it the author's already trying to make us side with Kuro or smth...with each chapter it seems to hint that Kuro's a manipulative bitch and that when MC goes out with Shiro later on, near the end..."we should not feel sorry for her...anyways she already did her best even after playing dirty...so don't pity her...you fucking retards that are reading/watching my masterpiece just focus on the adorable pairing and forget that manipulative bitch" kind of excuse...so yeah the best ending would be either killing all of them or MC going harem route(that's gonna be impossible, he can only do sepuku and reincarnate in a medieval/wuxia/ancient world)...
In all honesty, not worth your read or even watching the anime(maybe for the excellent animation?) If you take in consideration all the stuff I said...
So to summarize--->

Without taking in account the title:

1) MC ends with Shiro(99%)
2) MC ends with Kuro(0,9%)
3) MC ends with the 3rd girl(0,1%)

With the title:

4) All characters die/no one dates-best ending....
We have an idiot MC/even a donkey could do a better job, but what did you expect of your standard Japanese model MC?
We have our "manipulative" childhood friend
We have our "1st love, but she rejects you" type of girl
We have our "childhood friend" that isn't obsessed with him and probably the healthiest of all mentally speaking(at least that is what author showed us)
We have MC's friend, who plays as the "supporting"...he helps MC in the light and in the dark helps Kuro...
5) X dies, Y goes to travel/moves away/back to Hollywood or whatever and Z and MC end in a pairing
6) Harem ending(impossible, tho would be "good", bcz at least like that wouldn't hurt the girls like a rejection or smth IMO
7) By the click-bait title it seems to hint that the childhood friend won't gonna lose no matter what....which can lead to:
A) Kuro kills Shiro/MC, so no one gonna be happy
B) Kuro gonna suicide after being "rejected" and this makes MC feel guilty bcz indirectly or not, it's his fault for being a idiot all the fucking time...jesus...and the author, worse than a donkey if he makes this happen


As you can see all endings are as cliche as they can be...but I doubt the author gonna make something different...after all to make this joke of a series where someone rejects me, I cry pathetically and then I plan to get revenge just to discover that SURPRISE ALL A MISUNDERSTANDINGS as ALWAYS...and then it transforms into more melodrama (the reason people take it as a joke)....
