Dud’s are like this IRL. Stuff is never really NOT explosive, a bomb that doesn’t explode when it’s supposed to is the most dangerous kind of bomb

Took me too long de for lugo = de gaulle. But in this manga he is a mix of Leclerc and Hugo in fact. The tactical mastery of Leclerc with the political mind and Tank mastery of De gaulle.

I mean, that last section at the bottom of the final page panel was as if Tanya is fine with certainty of head-on take against all opposition she crosses with.

No matter the outside parties involvement with the Major powers.

They just don't have anyone from The Hurt Locker? E.g. a bomb tech observationalist or defuser? Esp. During a warring overture?

I’m pretty sure bomb squads are a “recent” development
Not really something you’d find during the interwar/ww2 period
