Compared to the raws, even this one is about 2 years behind (publication date for volume 25 is listed as 2022/07/26). Wouldn't blame fan-translators for losing their motivation since the official translations are starting to slowly catch up.

Is the difference that big? Strange, it seemed to me that the title was popular enough to keep the translation up-to-date. But in general, is there some kind of conditional difference after which it is easier to leave the translation to the official localizers?

Historical facts have little to do with cliches. Also they didn't reunite shit, they annexed it all under soviet rule which later on the Ukranians would've regretted due to the Holodomor (unless you gonna deny that genocide like most tankies), that's at best just an excuse for their actions, at worst soviet propaganda. Regardless nothing you said refute the point that the USSR had expansionist ideals which they did and later on realized.

Edit: I had forget that even with that lie of "believing in meritocracy" the Empire still gives preferential treatement to women in the military so it should not have been unexpected that they would have those believes of having women and children as "needing to be protected" instead of "being usefull".
