@Fuko I don't think it makes things black and white at all. This manga shows only the worst of the worst. The people who have been so wronged that they want to get those who wronged them killed. It has shown how some of the criminals became criminals too. This manga only shows terrible people getting their comeuppance for their terrible crimes when the system hasn't doled out the appropriate punishment for said actions.
