guess skelly is going to be her subordinate for awhile. That's the only reason to introduce his "senpai" here, going into what amounts to a training arc where he develops under them. Come to think of it, he still hasn't figured out the "sword ki" thing that all the powerful knights are suppose to have. Maybe he'll learn from them.
@nfzeta No, I mean at the very beginning of the story in his first life. He was one of the favorites of that demon general lady. Surely he'd hear of someone as strong as this necromancer.
@BestBoy Yea I know what you mean but, she wasn't that high up and he wasn't that strong either so they wouldn't have been close enough to interact with this necromancer who's basically one of the top 5. At least not enough for her name to ever come up or them to ever see her.
@nfzeta I could be remembering wrong, but wasn't she one of the twelve monster lords? She's full fledged succubus not some random monster. I don't think this new necromancer is one of the monster lords either. It's too early for them to show up.
@nfzeta@BestBoy
I'm just going to point this out, you do realize that him or the succubus being 'small fry' is just about the worst excuse a person could have for not knowing someone extremely high ranking or powerful. Especially when someone is seemingly so well known and marketed as the "Strongest _______" alive.
This seems so detached from what the series was up till his ingenious move to insult beast lord and his cult. It's like the writer changed the moment they got into that arena/shrine thingy
