It's not a oneshot in the general sense, though it doesn't seem to have specific chapters (I might be wrong there as I don't read Japanese). I added a link to the raws on twitter where you can see that there is much more to this than what has so far been scanlated. What we see here was published between April 8th and April 12th. The latest was published yesterday, May 14th, and it's very, very cute.

Also, the mangaka is apparently not done yet as the last panel of the raws has "つづく" (to be continued).

@KafukaPalazzo: Welcome! When I saw "Oneshot" I was like, "No, No, No! That can't be!" so I copy'n'pasted the Japanese and did a quick search and the twitter account was the first thing to come up.

And, yup, this is one of the most adorable and cute things I've read. What originally caught my eye was "sanpaku" in the title as I had read George Ohsawa's book "You Are All Sanpaku" a very long time ago. If traditional Chinese medicine and Ohsawa are to be relied on, then this poor girl is in dire straights as her eyes show the whites both above and below the irises.
