I'm quite flabbergasted at fan translators not using ready available material. There is an official translation of the novel, it's quite ahead of the manga. Why are we translating names by hand at this point? It's confusing, and it's honestly harder.

Yeah, also given that the characters and locations are already officially translated in the anime adaptation (english subs), theey still use the wrong ones. Well it's resetscans, they do this in their other titles. I feel they over-rely on MTL recently which is evident because you can always catch them not reading the furigana of the kanji, even more so evident that they don't proofread using the context of the panel. You'll also see a single noun being spelled differently in the same panel at times.
