If you're dealing with an artist who can't make an expression in real life and know's the stereotype of Japanese/anime/manga. Then that's why they proceed to make a dumb protagonist

• Childhoodfriend got sisterzoned by him a long time ago and that's it, no matter how much she hungers for his meat. Also she never confessed.

Phila is the only one, who had a long enough history with him and knew him the longest of the bunch (except for Childhoodfriendsister), stated her interest (which I believe she did), with the only thing standing in between them was her rank as noble. But look, MC saved the capital and with this that hurdle should also be cleared.

In the end the only thing that matters is...that MC seemingly never really considered any of them. If so he better should stay away from all of them. But in case he actually stakes out a clear-cut position and choses one girl now (even if she might not be present (though Phila has the best chances)) I'll be very okay with it. If not, he can burn in badly written harem-hell for all that I care.
