So this got axed huh? Otherwise I can't figure out why they would end it without any conclusion whatsoever...

This series was...okay I guess. It had potential but never really excelled or shone in any real way. The biggest question mark for me is that Relius has the ability to create Blue Stones but nobody seems to care?

Thanks for finishing this series and powering through it. It was really good for a long time but started falling apart after he beat the giant dog monster. They answered some of the bigger questions but seemed like the author didn't know how to really wrap things up so they ended it far earlier with a nothing style ending. No romantic resolution, grand victory, and a whole "Our Journey Continues" style ending even when the novels its based off of ended at the same point.

This was a read.

We just end on a shot of the harem...

Oh, man... The greatest weapon is yet to be invented, but now we have atomic bombs to wipe humanity from whole Earth... and your obliviousness to the feelings of these girls. 😬

Reading open endings like this one are more painful than stubbing my toe, and I hate stubbing my toe.

This ending felt very rushed, yet despite the number of chapters the whole story always felt rushed to me (mainly because many of the chapters had VERY FEW pages).

So came to the comments to check if axed or just an ending in line with how the story was.

Unlike what the other guy said, there is nothing after this, manga completely adapted the LN which is only 3 volumes, while the WN stopped updating before finishing what is LN vol.2 so there is nothing you would miss, the ending is completely mid
There you go.
So it may have been rushed (not like one could tell) but it did end instead of get axed.

Now I wish we had got something closer to the webnovel though. Too bad it didn't end though so not much of a chance.

It was Fate/Stay Night all over again, but with worse writing in between. There's even the same general ladies surrounding him; pigtail tsundere in Phila, short-haired heroine with Excalibur in Lynn, a friendly chore-helper that definitely is out of the running and is used for moe in Mear, a noble archetype character who acts as a martyr in Yumine, and the list goes on.
At least Fate/Stay Night (unless you are talking about the first anime, which I did not watch) had an actual ending.

True, there are three routes, but only one of them has an ending (not the True Ending of it by the way) that does not make the final pairing clear... kinda, since the girl gets a bi harem (well, one could consider Heaven's Feel to also be that, but UBW's Good Ending was undoubtedly).

Well, this was a waste of my time... All, that an ending that wasn't an ending. Things are not over yet. Far from it.
I hate when a manga does this.

Honestly... It... Was very meh. Didn't care for how short the chapters were. MC was... meh. But, hey, it helped pass the time occasionally. It wasn't awful, but there's no way in hell I'd read it all again.

Kind of annoyed that Philia gets an actual semi-resolution where her feelings are at least known, but Lynn gets her confession at the end cut off.

Although it was a lackluster end, I really loved the cute character designs. Thanks so much for the translations.

Oh it ended ok that’s cool.

Twas so mid that I didn’t think much about its passing. In that aspect, it’s kinda amusing that I don’t get the usual feelings when a series ended, for better or worse

I would like to praise this ultimately pointless, unsatisfying manga for one it did do very well; the thing that got me to start reading it in the first place, in fact.

"Oh no, I'm A Generally Looked-Down On Or Widely Regarded As Weak Class, But Actually It's Gamebreakingly OP and I Get All The Girls Also" is a pretty well-worn cliche of a setting by now. But I loved how the story started, where Relius becomes a blacksmith, it's supposed to be the worst, most useless class... but then it turns out to be so extremely, obviously overpowered that Relius and everyone he comes into contact with have the same reaction: "Wait, why were we told this class was bad when it is quite blatantly infinitely useful? This makes no sense at all, something else is clearly going on here."

That was unique, an interesting story hook, and a great way of dealing with the entire dumbass setup where, yeah, it does make no sense that an entire society scorns a class that turns anyone who possesses it into a walking god. Well done on that opening. Shame about how it ended up.
