She does feel watered down vs. the web comic version. Since this is the actual serialization (the second version before this is just the usual pre-serialization teaser oneshot chopped up into 6 parts), I would guess the change is from the magazine editor giving inputs to the mangaka.

I don't read Nagatoro so I can't answer that question.
This is the second time I've had to say this to someone, maybe I should read it...

That said, I think it's certainly possible for this to develop in a way that's different from the web comic. For the web comic, the mangaka is free to make it as they wish, but for this magazine serialization we have editors involved in the decision making.

I'm not entirely sure. I feel like Nagatoro was stronger on the bully side, while A-san is more on the playfully teasing side. Like A-san wouldn't cross a line Nagatoro would with gusto despite both liking their timid wrecks.
