Only because we're seeing it from the perspective of a boy who does share this world's reversed gender moral values. But if you look at stuff from the perspective of the male classmates or male prostitutes there's plenty of reversed dynamics. Plus all those scenarios where MC internally imagines the slutty female equivalent of what he's doing.
