Actually pretty nice of a doujin. The art is serviceable, if a bit on the rough side, but boy do I like style. Rough and charming. If you're looking for a glorious spread (heh) of panels detailing dik and tatas you're not gonna really get that.
What you are going to get is a surprisingly comedic story (and social commentary, huh.) of a reversed world. Explores the sexual side quite nicely. I'm not going to lie, I've at least seen one of each of the main character's personalities. Not in the way they get explored, but the premise. I mean, we were all once middle/highschoolers.
Surprisingly not very femdom-y either. Raunchy vanilla sex.
