This whole situation is really out of character for you. I’ve been a fan of your translation since the early days, seeing you scraped it all and saying that in the comments make me feel more worried for you than the removed chapters.

(and clearly many others) enjoyed many of your translations — as they were clearly a cut above many other scanlators. I hope your personal life is okay, and that everything may be solved in a way you find satisfactory.

@ThePaulBunyanTrophy hey I want to first say thanks for all the series you've worked on been fan of your picks for a while.

I just want to say the dispute was unnecessary the impression I get is that you want to work on series without any interference from mods but in the end of the day they have to enforce their rules and I don't think this was that egregious that you needed make a stand like that and if you thought their enforcement was wrong it could of been a simple discussion.

Also you deciding to remove your works doesn't hurt the mods any they could careless so the message you trying to send to mods doesn't matter any.

Tbh the only reason I'm sending you this is I like your works and hope you continue and if mangadex mods are that much an issue for you hope you decide upload to somewhere you get the freedom your looking for.

ThePaulBunyanTrophy had a good run and I appreciated his choice in what to scanlate, it was good stuff. By his strong reaction I don't think this incident alone is what caused him to leave, more that it may have just been something that was building up and this was the last straw. I encourage any scanlator to quit or take a break before it gets to this point, as it sucks to grow to hate something that you were passionate about for so long.

@jorauk No one cares because once you make a release it'll be out there in the wild one way or another. Dumping a site because you had grudge against it will not stop people from reading your stuff if you're already sharing them
