Honestly, I hate to be that guy and I really do not have the qualifications to criticize anyone but I am going to do it anyways, Hata Kenjiro has not done a good job at adapting to the '100 Day's' challenge/theme. There is barely any development from chapter to chapter, and the story mostly seems to focus on random mini arcs that do not go very far. Very little character development and a male character that you really struggle to root for. Then you have chapters like this one that's just a reference to a character from another of the mangaka's work, instead of any development. It's the 88th chapter, the chapters should have development in them by this point. It's almost time to wrap the story up.
It's really unfortunate that this isn't very good.
It's understandable though, as the 100 day theme really does seem to be hard to work with, and I am sure that Hata Kenjiro has a lot of other work to do with most likely harsh schedules, but I am honestly confused on why he would pick this 100 day theme up if that was the case.
