Sorry for writing to you. I wanted to give you a suggestion. You can get raw scans from the ‘123hon’ website (e.g. in the case of the manga ‘Tsundere Hokuou Bishoujo’ that you are translating) by using F12 on your browser and copying the URLs, avoiding severely damaged halftones with methods such as screenshots. Unfortunately, the downside is that the images are divided into three parts, and the URLs are not in order. Obviously, in the case of a special script via ViolentMonkey, it would be much easier... if there was one.
I don't think you will use this method as it is slower, but in case you need it...

If you have a 1440p monitor or with a higher resolution, by setting the resolution=1920*1200 on windows (or Nvidia/AMD panel) and by setting and rotating the display on vertical it's possible to almost the same resolution of the raw.
Raw width=1130
Vertical monitor width=1200 _ width (with cutted border)=1192

P.S. to cut multiple images I use Chainner by creating a "chain". Every time I can reload this or other chain

Chainner, an AI image enhancer, can also be used to edit images without using AI. In this case, I set the conversion from RGB to greyscale (in case of possible chromatic aberrations in greyscale images).
Using the chain in the link, you can crop the images in the selected folder by also selecting the top, bottom, left and right values (unlike Irfanview).
Since it would be used for the case, there's no need to install Pytorch, NCNN or ONNX.
