It seems the 1st chapter for By Spring in Vietnamese language has been successfully uploaded by you though? Or are you trying to upload another one?

@ArcToxic It was your first chapter. it automatically gets put into the moderators queue. repeatedly uploading the same chapter overwrites it as well. (which is why your link no longer works)

Yeah, I've contacted the staff, and receive the answer. Thank you for answering me. @Yatsuki no, until I post this comment, the chapter is still unvailable. Maybe I will still have to wait.

@ArcToxic check your profile, the chapter in the link you provided has been deleted. And consider clearing your cache too, this has been an issue for a while.
