A solution to this is an scenario in which the onetuber is working along with This Man, in that case he cooperated into killing his brother, the message being obviously false, and well being send by the killer, also using the network of the criminal the police wouldn't act against one of their guys since they have people working from the inside, that said the video should have been taken down through plenty of other means to the point that it doesn't really makes much sense, maybe it is one of those Jake Paul situations when shit just passes by and is months after that the matter is taken into account.

As for the toy knife and the MC not making a video, that's just the authors fault, and if the OneTuber turns out to also be a victim, then well, we are seeing the start of the downfall for this story, maybe the author should stick to an slice of life with mute lolies that only wear black rather than make a thriller.
