Speculation time!
Let's see...the Demon Lord being a former Hero might be a good start. Louisa almost certainly has more past lives than she realizes. Considering how she always ends up growing up and falling for the Hero, I'm gonna say that either she unconsciously chooses the Hero, or she's always been destined to be with the Hero.
Actually, it's even possible for the Hero to be part of the Demon Lord that split off and was reborn to look for her.

I'm very curious to hear why this guy apparently failed to take her away at least 3 other times considering she didn't do anything those times. Like dude, what was stopping you?
Assuming he's the demon king and was prevented due to being beaten by the heroes, that still doesn't explain why they we're - presumably - kept from going back to her, since it's looking like something had actually interfered with them.

Super looking forward to the next chapter though!

@Keansor That...is a very good point. Was something interfering with the Demon Lord? Possibly the past heroes even? Maybe he was killed for real each time up until now and cursed the Hero to not go back to her as a final shot every time-consequentially leaving her alone.

@liszst do you know if the heroes are reincarnated aswell its strange they don't seem to retain the memories of their past lives.

Not sure if that other guy really is a demon king but he likely put a curse on her so she probably falls in love with him. She might of been a past lover or an unrequited love but since she always chooses the hero he hatched this idea so she could be his. Only thing working against this idea so already attempted picking new lovers giving him opportunity to approach her but since those lovers were also cheaters shes completely given up in finding a guy. So his objectives seem a mystery.

@Psychronia I would bet that the man at the end is Graham. What I mean by that is, Graham is the reincarnation of him. Saying that he would not let 'Jun' go this time and Graham coming back for Louisa fits. Maybe the past heroes wanted to come back to MC but MC ends up dying first before the heroes can redeem them back.
