@Kevadu Well priests getting away with shit and barely being punished is pretty standard in such organizations is it not? I mean our world is currently dealing with its own shitstorm regarding priests and the churches protecting them or letting them off easy. This was if anything more severe than expected considering its 10 years stuck as a lesser worker. Its the church version of prison. Obviously still the church keeping face by pushing the priest aside without expelling them and bring the public eye onto themselves.

what do i want? for her to learn fire magic and burn everything.
the hero, the church, the kingdom, the demon king, the world, the god... ffs poor girl! in the middle of so much bullshit.
it is like the worst nightmare, she doesn't even know who is the ally or who is the enemy. who she is, or what she is going through. she knows nothing.
and even worst she is like in a prison, but imagine you got through the whole process, with judgment until death is the verdict, and it takes a long time, and the whole process is like complex torture.
but then the twist is when you finally die, you go back to the very start point of the whole process.
so fire is the answer. come on... so sad i don't see she being able to explode things, i would at least hope for it, even if the author decide to not give it to us lol

Of course, they can never leave well enough alone and just make the protagonist a normal person. They always need to be a key role in the cliche drama rather than making their own way. Always the Cinderella. They spend their whole life fighting against a cruel fate, but rather than overcoming it, they just get a big turnabout when it's plot convenient. As if to say neither your successes nor your failures are your own. You are just a puppet on strings.
