During the this year's hunting competition, I've been able to get along with Gracie, that is, Lady Rankers surprisingly well. Sir Brussels seemed to be courting her despite having a fiance and at the time we were both quite angry at the prospect.

...but upon thinking about it at home, I cannot blame him for pursuing her. She's quite an appealing, attractive and intelligent woman, wouldn't you agree? I think so.
In fact, I wouldn't be angry or jealous or spiteful if my fiance broke of my engagement to be with her at all. Not at all. It would go smoothly and with no trouble from me. I reiterate, not at all.
