Cesar's actions were obvious from the minute that silver-haired guy introduced the poison and said Cesar wouldn't die from it. The anticipation though. Oh the agony of waiting.

Good hubby, taking the fall for his wife.

I was wondering what the plan was, since poisoning Caesar is unlikely to work and mostly puts the conspiracy at risk. At worst, Canaria would lose his trust for not telling him, but I'm pretty sure that wouldn't happen after what they just went through.

I'm more surprised the Queen wants proof of her betrayal instead of just being safe based on the likely assumption.

He could've just tried drinking a bit and try to spit it out vigorously to not look like it was staged, if I was the priest and saw his face smiling(u maso???) I'd know that guy's weird.

What if the wine wasn't actually poisoned and he's just putting on an act since he believes it to be poisoned? If thats the case the queen now knows that Canaria is loyal to Caesar not her

Damn, I knew what was gonna happen but it didn't make it any less painful.
Caesar's love for Canaria knows no bounds, but he needs to start taking care of himself too.

@Hobobo
That's so galaxy-brained that I'm getting a bit worried.

Well, dropped. It's the garden variety rom-com route. Still looking for a heroine who'll break the mold without being a spoof of the genre. Divorce would have been much more interesting than this.

I don't deny the merits of this webtoon in creating an endearing couple. It's just not my thing. Enjoy.
