Nah, it wouldn't have made sense. As she said, she was always busy with her "crown princess training ". Why would she bother to harass someone who's existence she didn't even care about, with the little free time she had? Better to spend that time with the "demon king"

I could see a bit of an omake with this, imagining her spending time with him and finding his preferences for a house cut to her in this far off villa decorating it for the future that has yet to come. It might be hard to write more before this point, but I would kinda dig just seeing them interact over time. Maybe, stretch out her falling in love instead of at first sight. I don't mind little stories like this though.

Given how the ”demon lord” was treated due to his hair color, I’m guessing the royal family is Going to experience something similar now. Not sure if it’s fully black or just dark, but either way, they’ve lost their muster and will be seen as cursed creatures. Also probably doesn’t help that the prince just got spanked HARD in public.

His main "crime" is that he was a bit of an entitled little shit. The "Rejoice, for you've caught my favor" is kind of a shitty thing for a man to tell a woman with whom he already has basically all the power over in their relationship; it's not really rapey, but it's problematic in the, "You're only worth anything because I think you're worth something" kind of way.

it would have been more fun if there was a chance to elaborate on why mr. demon king was specifically targeted, as it's presented as just the whims of the king (at that time). this one feels especially like a fairy tale, which i don't mind, though i have to agree that the prince's "ending" or resolution was kinda lackluster. i'd expect a curse that locks a mage for [X] years would rebound so that the caster/'s bloodline would also get magically sealed. 🤷‍♀️
